SUNRIVER FEAST of TABERNACLESBegins October 14, 2008Dear Brethren, Greetings from the Sunriver Feast of Tabernacles Committee! We hope this letter finds you steadfast in the study of God's Word, engaged in the application of the understanding of His Word, and embracing each and every blessing that God has so abundantly provided. We would like to take this opportunity to update everyone regarding the Feast of 2008 at Sunriver. We hope you will pass this information on to those brethren who may not receive this letter, but would like to share in our celebration of God's Holy Days. During last year's Festival we had many wonderful, thought-provoking messages, inspirational music, group discussions, and conversations. In addition, there was great fellowship, along with many special activities and parties. We are planning for much of the same this year, however, much of the joy of the Feast is being able to be an integral part of the festivities by serving in some capacity to help things run smoothly. With this in mind, we are asking that you consider how you might be able to help. There are needs in the kitchen, with special events, special music, helping with the children, etc. Please feel free to contact us if you would like to become more involved. The 2008 Sunriver Feast of Tabernacles will be celebrated this year from October 14 through October 20, with the Eighth Day being observed on October 21. Services and activities will be held in the lodge at the Thousand Trails campground. Services generally begin at 10 am, with folks arriving early for fellowship, refreshments and coffee. We will let you know of times for special activities, etc. as they are developed. If you have any suggestions, questions, comments, or would like to volunteer, please feel free to contact one of us.
